Diamond Materials, LLC. was founded in 1997 in Wilmington, DE as a heavy highway and site development company. The company purchased by the Pierson’s in early 2000 spent the next decade with the goal of becoming a more vertically integrated company and quickly earned the reputation as one of the premiere heavy highway and site development contractors in the tri-state area. Based on a culture instilled by the Pierson family of a strong work ethic and integrity, our work environment has thrived and empowered all employees to excel with opportunities for growth and development.

Tri-County Materials was formed in Dover, DE with a joint venture between George & Lynch and Diamond Materials, LLC.

Diamond Materials purchased Don Rogers, Inc. and expanded our foot print in the New Jersey construction market to include 2 sand and gravel pits
