Diamond is working on two warehouses in Burlington, NJ. Building 1 is 913,000 square feet and Building 2 is 151,000 square feet totaling 1.1 million square feet of speculative space in Burlington, New Jersey. Building 1 will feature a 40’ clear height while Building 2 will have 36’ clear height. Both buildings will be tilt-up concrete panel construction with fully-adhered EPDM membrane roofs.
