Project is a 113, 000 SF ware house building with car, van, truck parking and loading dock. A portion of the sitework was done by Caruso excavating which included mainly work below subgrade. Diamond was contract to do portions of the site work from subgrade elevation to the surface.  Project value is approximately 4M.

  • Installation of over 14,000 LF of concrete curb
  • Installation of over 27K SF of concrete sidewalk
  • Installation of  over 30K tons of DGA Subbase
  • Installation of over 20K tons of HMA Pavement
  • Striping
  • Installations of ADA sign Bollards and DOT signs
  • Concrete wheel stops
  • Installation of 2300 SF Retaining Wall
  • Installation of Ride share and Bus shelter.
  • Performed miscellaneous site activities as needed for the GC (RC Andersen).
  • Included an accelerated construction schedule to meet the GC’s timeline.
