The purpose of this project is to complete the site development required for the construction of a new distribution warehouse for Penntex Construction. The project encompasses a large-scale 58.03-acre site and involves extensive earthwork, utility installation, paving, and concrete operations to prepare the property for the new facility. The original project duration is eight months, with Diamond Materials targeting completion within approximately six months, shortening the anticipated construction schedule by two months.

The scope includes approximately 0.5 acres of clearing and a substantial earthwork operation consisting of 118,000 cubic yards of cut-to-fill material, supplemented by 12,585 cubic yards of imported fill to achieve the required site grades. Utility infrastructure includes approximately 8,500 linear feet of storm drainage and 400 linear feet of sanitary sewer. Paving operations consist of approximately 21,500 tons of asphalt, while concrete work includes 675 cubic yards of concrete, 14,070 square feet of sidewalk, and 11,660 linear feet of curb. Together, these improvements will establish the infrastructure, access, and finished site conditions necessary to support the new distribution warehouse and its future operations.
