Diamond Materials is currently completing site development for a new warehouse at 1960 Burlington-Mt Holly Road in Westampton, New Jersey. Working in partnership with Blue Rock, this $3.9 million project spans 22.5 acres and includes full site-work preparation and utility installation.
The site features over 58,000 cubic yards of balanced cut-to-fill earthwork, eliminating the need for import material. The scope also includes installation of 7,395 linear feet of storm drainage, 260 linear feet of sanitary sewer, 8,135 linear feet of concrete curb, and 11,994 square feet of sidewalk. Additional paving work includes 2,668 tons of 9.5M64 surface course, 5,337 tons of 19M64 stabilized base, and 830 tons of 9.5 open graded friction course. Diamond will also pour 490 cubic yards of concrete throughout the site.
Stormwater management for the site includes four open-cut infiltration basins with K-5 sand bottoms, totaling over 6,100 square yards. The project is on track to be completed within the originally scheduled 7-month timeline.
