The Derousse Avenue project, undertaken by Diamond Materials for B. Tait Builders, LLC., involved the demolition and clearance of a century-old abandoned paper mill in Pennsauken, New Jersey, located along the Delaware River. Spanning from 2020 to 2021, this project transformed the site into a 1-story, 174,074 square foot warehouse industrial building, situated on an 11.84-acre lot. Diamond Materials completed the site work. The project showcases a blend of historical site transformation and modern industrial development, contributing to the area's evolving landscape.
