Diamond Materials is working with Peak Construction on a project that will bring more than 570,000 square feet of new industrial space to the Exit 8 submarket along the New Jersey Turnpike. Building A, which will span 406,669 square feet, will feature 40-foot clear ceiling heights, 50 dock doors, 67 trailer spaces and 317 car parking stalls. Building B will measure 167,500 square feet, with 36-foot clear heights, 30 dock doors and 161 car parking stalls.
Diamond Materials has demoed the previous building which was a data center with professional offices and completed the site work. We are currently installing all utilities (water, storm water and sewer). We will also be doing all concrete flat work, curb work and pavement.
