Diamond Materials, in collaboration with Peak Construction, completed working on a project near Exit 8 of the New Jersey Turnpike, adding over 570,000 square feet of new industrial space. This development included two buildings: Building A, spanning 406,669 square feet with 40-foot clear ceiling heights, 50 dock doors, 67 trailer spaces, and 317 car parking stalls; and Building B, measuring 167,500 square feet with 36-foot clear heights, 30 dock doors, and 161 car parking stalls.
Diamond Materials demolished the existing structure, a data center with professional offices, and completed the site work including installing all utilities (water, storm water, and sewer) and handling all concrete flat work, curb work, and pavement.
