Diamond Materials is undertaking the Logan North Lot K project in Logan Township, New Jersey, valued at $2,615,418.00. The purpose of this project is to complete the full site development for a 190,000-square-foot build-to-suit warehouse facility for Greek Design Build. The warehouse is being constructed specifically to meet the tenant’s operational requirements and specifications, providing a customized industrial facility within the Logan North development. The project’s original duration is twelve months, with Diamond Materials targeting completion within ten months, provided paving operations and final site work can proceed without interruption.
The scope encompasses development of a 36.9-acre site, including approximately 0.10 acres of clearing, 8,500 cubic yards of cut-to-fill earthwork, and an estimated 2,000 cubic yards of imported fill material. Utility installation consists of approximately 3,700 linear feet of storm drainage infrastructure and 100 linear feet of sanitary sewer. Paving and concrete operations include placement of 5,500 tons of asphalt, 326 cubic yards of concrete, 4,300 square feet of sidewalk, and 5,190 linear feet of curb to support the site’s transportation and pedestrian network. No special stormwater management facilities are included as part of this project.
No unique project challenges have been identified beyond standard construction operations, and the project is progressing through the various phases of site development as planned. Diamond Materials continues to focus on efficient execution, quality workmanship, and schedule performance to deliver a fully prepared site for the future warehouse facility and its tenant.
