Diamond Materials is currently executing the D25-073 Oakridge / Fox Run residential development project located at 204 Bridgeton Pike in Mullica Hill, New Jersey, with a total valuation of $5.6 million. The purpose of this project is to prepare and construct the site infrastructure for a new residential housing community. The development covers approximately 30 acres, and while the overall project spans multiple years, Diamond Materials anticipates working on-site for a total of one year across a three-year period.
Key components of the work include 65,610 cubic yards of cut-to-fill operations, supported by 103,000 cubic yards of imported material necessary for site balancing and grading. The project scope also includes the installation of 2,000 linear feet of storm drainage and 3,425 linear feet of sanitary sewer infrastructure. Pavement and concrete work consists of placing 4,600 tons of asphalt, 130 cubic yards of concrete, 3,150 square feet of sidewalk, and 8,520 linear feet of curb. Roughly 4 acres of the site will undergo clearing prior to major earthwork operations.
