Project Details:

Diamond Materials completed the site-work and utilities for a 336,700 square-foot warehouse located at 2057 Route 322, Woolwich, New Jersey. The scope of the project included clearing and grubbing, excavation of over 220,000 cubic yards of soil, installation of over 400 linear feet of 20-foot+ deep sewer piping, 6,600 linear feet of storm drain, and 3,300 linear feet of water main. Additionally, Diamond Materials poured 12,000 linear feet of curb and 6,000 square feet of sidewalk, and placed around 19,600 tons of stone and paving over 19,000 tons of blacktop.
